I also have a Samsung ML-1510 printer at home, and it stopped working after I've upgraded to Snow Leopard. But just reinstalling from here worked for me:

The SpliX package provides a set of CUPS drivers including the ML-1510 (ML-1410).

@spda242: Tried doing that myself and was unsuccessful. Which version of the drivers were you reinstalling?
Such a pain that this printer doesn't work properly.

I installed Rosetta and reinstalled the old 10.3 – 10.5 device drivers (Samsung SPL2 Installer) and I can print again.
I also sent an email to Samsung inquiring about a new driver with native support for SL!
